Spend time with my wife and family, keeping active with the kids who love everything from Roller Blading, Climbing to Beach BBq’s. I love to travel the world, eat and cook good food and drink great red wine.. in the summer Gin!

My favorite dish has to be a seafood pasta with clams, prawns, shrimp, mussels topped with loads of Parmesan! team this with a crisp white wine! Buonissimo!

I work with clients as a senior face of the company and exemplify what the company offers and stands for. As country manager, I am responsible for the performance for the UK/USA region working with all the team across UHS International, TablePlaceChairs and RIGASAN.

Cooking, eating, drinking and socialising. Long summer days at the beach, kite surfing and wakeboarding with my friends.

Tough one – it depends on the weather! Turbot with fennel tarragon and lemon, or steak with porcini and cognac sauce.

Make it a 3-course meal starting with a light and summery minestra, progressing to barbecued tuna steaks and Vesuvian rocket salad, and ending with lemon and violet – yes indeed violet – ice cream. Oh and top it all off with a wonderfully intense, less-is-more moment: a caffé ristretto. Meraviglioso.
